Export the client documents as a ZIP for backup or sharing outside the platform.
Send documents to the client directly via WhatsApp.
Email documents to the client when you need a formal record of what was sent.

Start from that client’s document set in Document Vault.

Group the files so the set stays structured.

Send by email or WhatsApp, or export a ZIP.

The files remain in the vault after you share a copy.
