Open and add Form 146 filings
View Form 146 filings in Document Vault or add one for a client. The certificate includes accountant details and a UDIN field that must be validated on View and Update UDIN after submission.
What this feature does
Add Form 146
Create a filing and return to the view after it is submitted.
Accountant details
The certificate records the accountant’s name, the firm name, and the accountant’s address.
UDIN on the form
Enter the UDIN. After submission, validate it on the View and Update UDIN page.
How it works

Open the view
Start from the Form 146 list and filter by client if needed.

Add the certificate
Create the Form 146 for that client.

Complete accountant details
Fill the accountant name, firm, and address on the certificate.

Submit and validate UDIN
Submit the form, then validate the UDIN on View and Update UDIN.
Why it helps your CA firm
Certificates stay listed
Submitted Form 146 filings are opened again from the view.
The accountant is named
Name of the accountant and the firm are on the certificate.
UDIN has a next step
The form itself says the UDIN must be validated after submission.
