  • When using the CA Cloud Desk CA24 app, during an active session, location is collected continuously, including in the background, to record the user’s route, distance, and time. Tracking stops immediately when the user ends the session. Location data is used only for employee activity tracking and is visible to the organization using the Software. We do not sell or share location data with third parties.
  • When using the CA Cloud Desk PMS app, we only collect your location while marking attendance. Location data is used only for attendance tracking and is visible to the organization using the Software. We do not sell or share location data with third parties.

Third-Party Integrations:

• Google APIs: If you integrate your Google account, we may access Google Calendar events and other related data, as permitted by Google’s API Services User Data Policy.
